Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our datasets and delete any copies in your possession.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional licensing agreements, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Token Haven regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
